In fact, during all phases of the purchase process on www.ynot.it you are provided with all the useful information, from product availability to delivery methods, so that the service we offer you is 100% comprehensive.

DELIVERY TIMES

What happens to your order a moment after purchasing on www.ynot.it:

The delivery times of the products vary in consideration of the article you ordered and the delivery methods chosen. The times indicated for the delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for Gioshi srl.

Once an order is received, it is processed and shipped within a maximum of 2/3 working days, once entrusted to the courier, the goods arrive at their destination in 3/4 working days, times may vary according to the state and destination area.

During periods of closure of the Gioshi srl company (for example summer holidays or Christmas holidays) all orders will be processed and simultaneously shipped, in chronological order of receipt, starting from the first day of reopening.

ORDER MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION 

A) Phase 1 (receipt of the order)

the back office processes orders received by 12 AM; otherwise they are processed the following day. The same applies to orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays: they will be processed on the first working day following that of the order itself.

B) Phase 2 (Courier Forwarder)

within 48/72 hours from the order, the forwarding courier collects the goods within 4.00 pm at our warehouses.

On the same day of collection of the product, you will be sent an e-mail containing the Shipping Number (tracking number) which will allow you to follow the delivery status and estimated times in real time on the Courier Shipping website.

C) Phase 3 (delivery of goods)

The product will be delivered to the address indicated by you when confirming the order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is always free for orders over € 100,00.

For orders of less than €100.00 the cost will be € 15
